Thank you for choosing our store! We are committed to providing you with convenient and cost-effective shipping services, with free standard shipping as our core service to bring you a better shopping experience.

1. Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for all orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement (please refer to the store’s promotional notice for the specific minimum amount). There is no additional shipping fee for eligible orders, and the shipping cost will be automatically waived at checkout.
Free standard shipping applies to most regions we ship to (see Section 2 for details). For orders that do not meet the minimum purchase amount, a standard shipping fee will be charged based on your shipping address, which will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

2. Shipping Destinations

Our free standard shipping covers major countries and regions around the world (including but not limited to the United States, Canada, the European Union, Australia, etc.). For remote areas or regions not covered by free shipping, we will inform you of the additional shipping fee or alternative shipping options at checkout.

3. Processing & Shipping Time

  • Order Processing Time: After you place an order, we will process and prepare your items within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order contains customized or pre-order items, the processing time will be extended accordingly, and we will notify you of the specific time via email.
  • Standard Shipping Time: The estimated delivery time for free standard shipping is 7-15 business days (varies by destination). Please note that this is an estimated time, and actual delivery may be delayed due to factors such as customs clearance, weather, or peak shopping seasons.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the order status and tracking information by logging into your account on our Shopify store.

5. Exceptions & Notes

  • Free standard shipping does not include expedited shipping services (such as express or overnight shipping). If you need faster delivery, you can choose expedited shipping at checkout, and the corresponding fee will be charged.
  • For orders returned or exchanged due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded, and the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import duties, or local postal services. For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country/region. Paying customs duties is the obligation of every citizen. If you wish to avoid additional import duties, you need to take the initiative to pay the relevant fees and go through the corresponding procedures.
